Approach
My philosophy is grounded in the belief that every individual has intrinsic strength and the potential to create meaningful change in their life. I integrate person-centered and psychodynamic therapies, working collaboratively with clients to uncover repeating patterns and unhealed wounds. I help them recognize their strengths, honor their needs and values, and establish healthy boundaries with realistic expectations.
In addition to this integrative approach, I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, modern psychoanalysis, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). At the core of my work is a deep respect for each person’s unique journey, and I strive to create a healing environment that is warm, compassionate, and affirming.
I offer virtual individual therapy for both teens and adults and am currently licensed in New York.
